OUR STORY

Two Guys Food Service began as a small burger shack set up at 2 NYC based music festivals run by two friends. The goal was simple: make money. But what they soon discovered was a passion for doing fun and familiar foods at large events that were higher quality than the frozen, processed and pre-made items other vendors were doing. Within a few short years Two Guys profile had grown and they were doing more than 30 events across the nation. Now close to ten years after having begun their business Chef Roman and Chef Andy now operate multiple concepts as well as a successful catering division under the umbrella of Two Guys Food Service. 

 

Whatever the menu, whatever the event, Two Guys is devoted to making their dishes from scratch, using local and seasonal ingredients to the greatest extent possible. This comes through in the quality of all of their dishes, whether it’s a classic American cheeseburger with hand cut fries at an electronic music festival or a seared ribeye steak with grilled vegetables for a plated dinner catering. 

 

Two Guys provides the highest quality for the lowest price for their catering clients and delivers the highest sales numbers for venues booking them on commission. They have returned to full operation in 2021 and are prepared to take your next event to the next culinary level.

Andy Towler

CEO / FOUNDER

Andy’s passion for menu development, scratch cooking and utilizing seasonal and local ingredients has inspired his menus for a wide range of events. He’s just as comfortable making chicken fingers and fries from scratch at the Super Bowl, as he is preparing a plated branzino dish at a wedding. His joy is creativity and his journey through foodservice has driven his passion to create foods that are fun to eat, part of an overall experience, and focused on using only whole ingredients.

Roman

HEAD CHEF / TEAM LEADER

Roman’s journey has been a rapid ascent in foodservice. For a young kid whose family found themselves in an unfamiliar city with little help, Roman seized on every opportunity provided to him and he is a proud and shining example of the American dream. He now uses his skills and success to train and elevate others in a similar position with high potential, but little means to act on their talents.
